Role Overview
PropertyPistol is seeking a agile and process-oriented Sales Trainer to join our Learning
Development team in Navi Mumbai. Reporting directly to the Head of Training, you will
be the backbone of our sales excellence initiatives ensuring our sales force is equipped with
the right scripts, product knowledge, and behavioral skills to dominate the PropTech market.
Core Responsibilities
1. Training Facilitation Delivery
Conduct high-energy classroom and virtual training for a diverse sales force (Pre-
sales, Direct Sales, and Channel Partners).
Implement the Train-the-Trainer framework for site leads and managers.
Facilitate role-play sessions and mock calls to ensure 100% script adherence and
objection-handling proficiency.
2. Content Creation Instructional Design
Develop and refresh training modules, including Product Knowledge
(Projects/Localities), Sales Processes, and Tech Platform usage.
Create visually compelling training collateral (PPTs, Manuals, and Video snippets).
Customize content based on the unique selling points of various developers and
micro-markets in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.
3. Reporting, MIS Data Analytics
Ownership of Training MIS: Maintain daily/weekly logs of training coverage,
attendance, and assessment scores.
Performance Tracking: Analyze post-training sales conversion data to identify the
ROI of training interventions.




Provide the Head of Training with actionable insights through monthly Training
Impact Reports.
4. On-Ground Auditing

Conduct Mystery Shopping or audit live sales calls/site visits to identify skill gaps.
Provide one-on-one coaching to Bottom Quartile performers based on audit results.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 3yrs+ in Sales Training. Experience in Real Estate is a plus, but not
essential.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel (for MIS/Reporting) and
PowerPoint (for Content).
Communication: Exceptional command over Hindi and English. Ability to connect
with people at all levels.
Availability: Must be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
Commitment: Comfortable with a 6-day work week and an office-based role in Navi
Mumbai.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Training Efficacy Score
Training Throughput and certification %.
Improvement in Time to First Lead/Sale for new joiners.
Accuracy and timeliness of Training MIS and Reporting.
Quality scores of trained batches (Assessed through post-training audits).
