- Design and develop 3D models using BIM software for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate modeling of building structures, including reinforced concrete and steel fabrications.
- Create detailed drawings from the designed models using CADs RC software.
- Provide technical support during construction phases by reviewing shop drawings and ensuring compliance with design intent.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in BIM engineering or related field (BIM modeler).
- Proficiency in creating complex 3D models using Revit Architecture, Structure, or MEP modules.
- Solid understanding of reinforced concrete and steel fabrication processes.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple disciplines such as architecture, engineering, and construction management.
