We are hiring Customer Care Executive blended Process in Mumbai or Pune location. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through voice and Email support.
Eligibility criteria
Undergraduate eligible for Navi Mumbai location
Graduation Mandatory for Chandivali location.
Minimum 6 month Experienced candidates can apply in Mumbai location.
Fluent English & Hindi communication skills
Basic computer knowledge required
Customer service orientation
Immediate joiners preferred

- Handle customer inquiries via calls and Emails

Salary & Benefits
