Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (5 Days Working)
Working Days: Rotational work week (MondayFriday / TuesdaySaturday / WednesdaySunday)

Cabs - Available (Both Side)

Contract - 6months

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support to provide excellent support to customers through Voice, Chat, and Email. You will assist candidates/customers by resolving their queries, guiding them through the self-service portal, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Guide customers in using the online self-service portal.
- Create and update customer cases in the support system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Follow company processes,



security guidelines, and data privacy policies.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
- Meet daily productivity and service quality targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior International BPO experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing skills.
- Willing to work from the office in rotational US shifts.
