Key Responsibilities.

- Develop and implement Project Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) plans.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant IS Codes.
- Conduct inspections of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP works.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Checklists (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Reports.
- Monitor material quality through testing and approvals before site usage.
- Coordinate with third-party testing laboratories and consultants.
- Identify quality deviations and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
- Ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
- Conduct regular quality audits across project sites.
- Verify cube tests, soil reports, steel testing, waterproofing tests, and other quality records.




- Monitor snag lists and ensure timely closure before project handover.
- Train site engineers and contractors on quality standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC, and execution teams.
- Maintain all QA/QC documentation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory quality requirements.

Required Skills:-

- Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and MEP quality standards.
- Thorough understanding of IS Codes, NBC, and construction quality practices.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience in quality inspections, audits, and documentation.
