- Position Level: Sr. Manager / Manager

- Reporting To: HOD (Vice-President)

Job Description:

- Handle Litigation & Arbitration proceedings in coordination with business teams/HODs.

- Vetting pleadings, filings, and documentation for litigation before:

- Supreme Court

- High Courts

- NCLT / NCLAT

- Other relevant authorities

- Experience in IBC-related litigation, especially with NCLT and NCLAT.

- Must have drafting experience of pleadings and filings before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.

- Draft, vet, and analyze project financing and concession agreements.





- Coordinate with project location teams for effective legal case handling and advisory.

- Attend:

- Review meetings

- Non-core assets meetings

- Process monitoring meetings

- Ensure adherence to internal processes and external regulations, and ensure timely compliance.

- Maintain proper storage of case files/documents in physical form and Virtual Data Room (VDR).

- Coordinate with external lawyers for expeditious disposal of matters.

- Track and follow up on timelines with HOD, internal teams, and advocates.

- Provide legal advisory/opinions with analysis and solutions.

- Brief the Board and Whole-Time Directors (WTDs) during Board Meetings.

- Post-Qualification Experience:

- 6 to 10 Years

- Prior Law Firm experience preferred
