Roles and Responsibilities:
1)Design and implement and optimise APM solutions on the servicenow platform.
2) design and implement servicenow APM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
3) configure and customise APM modules, application inventory.
4)Integrate APM with CMDB, SPM/PPM Modules
Required skills:
Solid understanding of application Portfolio management.
Javascript and servicenow scripting
CMDB data model and CSDM
