We are building real industrial and IoT products from the ground up and looking for fresher engineers (with Post graduate diploma in embedded systems, Embedded Systems Training) who want to build, break, debug, improve, and own systems end-to-end.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is not a ticket-closing role.
And this is definitely not a someone else will figure it out setting.
Were looking for embedded engineers who enjoy getting their hands dirty with firmware, hardware debugging, protocol-level issues, field failures, and product behavior under real-world conditions.
If you like ownership, speed, deep technical problem solving, and seeing your work become an actual shipped product, youll probably enjoy this.
If you prefer structured corporate environments with narrowly defined responsibilities, this role may not be the right fit.
What You’ll Work On
- Design and build embedded firmware using Embedded C on STM32 platforms
- Develop IoT firmware using ESP32 with WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity
- Work on real-time systems using FreeRTOS or similar RTOS environments
- Interface with peripherals and communication stacks including:
- UART
- SPI
- I2C
- Modbus / MQTT
- Bring up hardware prototypes and debug issues at firmware, protocol, and board level
- Diagnose difficult field problems and root-cause failures under real operating conditions
- Work closely with hardware, product, and manufacturing teams to take products from prototype to deployment
- Own modules completely — architecture, implementation, testing, debugging, optimization, and release

Mandatory Requirements
- Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded Systems / Training in Embedded Systems / Internship in Embedded Systems (Hardware and Software development)
- Strong Embedded C and firmware development skills
- Experience with STM32 and/or ESP32
- Practical experience with UART, SPI, and I2C in shipped or deployed systems
- RTOS experience (FreeRTOS or equivalent)
Experience in:
- Embedded Systems
- Embedded Firmware Development
- IoT Devices
- STM32 / ESP32 platforms
- RTOS-based applications
- MQTT / Modbus communication stacks
Educational background:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC;, EEE, or related fields
Bonus if you have:
- Industrial product development experience
- Exposure to HART systems/services
- Startup experience
- Experience handling products from prototype to deployment
