Roles and Responsibility

- Design, implement, and maintain complex Windows desktop systems for seamless user operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users on recent technologies and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration,



and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and DHCP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using various networking protocols and technologies.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
