Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Consultants to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling insurance products to interested leads.

This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role with strong earning potential and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls on interested leads (No cold calling)
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products
• Explain product features, perks & pricing clearly
• Follow-up with customers and close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Maintain records in CRM

Eligibility

- 03 years experience (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills (English + regional language)
• Sales mindset & target-driven attitude




• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment

• You should comfortable with marathi, telgu, tamil or kannada any of this one language.

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: 2.68 3.9 LPA + Unlimited Incentives
