Role & responsibilities

Reports To: Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections of the building, equipment, and common areas.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, carpentry and civil works.
- Monitor the performance of building systems and arrange repairs as required.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and maintenance contractors.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and equipment history.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, diesel, etc.) and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and vendor management.
- Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and controlling expenses.
- Ensure adequate inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for

management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Correspondence Course, in Mechanical, Electrical ,



Plumbing & Carpentry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire safety, pumps, and building management systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and vendor coordination.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, maintenance management software).
