Job Description :-

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual and Automation QA Engineer with a strong focus on test automation and a solid foundation in manual testing. The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex business domains, contributing to high-quality software delivery through modern testing practices and tools.

Key Requirements:-

- Proven experience as a Senior QA in both Manual +Automation
- Strong expertise in Manual testing and automation testing using any langauges like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Strong product and domain knowledge
- Must know to build framework and Scripts from scratch
- Good understanding of manual testing practices
- Ability to work with complex business domains
- Experience implementing AI-powered testing tools and methodologies within the SDLC




- Fast learner, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Good experience in mentoring /leading a team of qas.

Key Screening factors:-

- Strong product/domain understanding with ability to explain workflows, business processes, and project functionality clearly
- Good knowledge of project, process, and testing lifecycle
- Solid hands-on capability in both Manual and Automation testing
- Good performance in live/manual hands-on exercises and automation activities
- Ability to explain projects, responsibilities, and frameworks confidently and in detail
- Exposure to AI usage in QA/testing processes
- Strong communication and detailed answering capability
- Recent and active QA experience with good practical touch
