Role: Sales & Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and customer-oriented Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, assist prospective buyers throughout the sales journey, maintain customer relationships, and ensure a

seamless property buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, digital platforms, walk-ins, channel partners, and outbound calling.

• Qualify prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, and investment objectives.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations.

• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal documentation.

• Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets.





• Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Assist customers with booking documentation, KYC, payment schedules, and agreement execution.

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing wherever applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

2. 2 - 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, or Customer Relationship Management.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, CRM, and MS Office skills.
