Bulk & Niche Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both volume hiring and specialized niche roles

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking channels.

Build strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-close positions

Handle hiring across different experience levels and business functions

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and candidate availability

Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Screening & Evaluation

Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate fitment, communication, stability, and compensation alignment

Evaluate candidates on technical fit, behavioural alignment, and cultural suitability

Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders

Recruitment Operations

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases

Ensure timely closure of positions within defined timelines

Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination

Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping





Track industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement

Build talent pools for recurring and future hiring requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm background

Experience in handling bulk hiring as well as niche/specialized mandates

Solid sourcing and headhunting capabilities

Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple closures simultaneously

Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

Strong proficiency in Excel and recruitment trackers

Familiarity with ATS/recruitment management systems is preferred
