Zurich Kotak General Insurance is looking to hire Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

- Concept & Design
- Develop concepts and visual designs for campaigns, brochures, social media, emails, presentations, infographics, event materials, and internal communications.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with Zurich brand guidelines and Tone of Voice (smart, warm, customer-centric).

- Brand Consistency

- Apply Zurichs visual identity consistently across all materials (colors, typography, imagery, layouts).
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to maintain and evolve our visual standards.

- Digital & Print Production

- Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for different channels (web, mobile, social, email, display).




- Optimize assets for performance and accessibility, respecting channel-specific requirements.

- Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, communications, UX, product and business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into design solutions.
- Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback while balancing creativity, brand and business needs.

- Project Management

- Manage multiple design projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Maintain organized files, version control and proper documentation of creative assets
