Key Responsibilities

- Oversee regional logistics operations including warehousing, dispatch, inbound, and outbound movements.
- Manage large warehouses with effective control over manpower, productivity, and safety.
- Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely deliveries as per SLA and business requirements.
- Monitor and control inventory accuracy, stock aging, and damage/loss prevention.
- Ensure SAP transactions related to logistics (GRN, stock movement, deliveries, invoicing support) are accurate and timely.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports on logistics cost, warehouse performance, inventory, and service levels.
- Drive process improvements, cost optimization initiatives, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales, planning, and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and audit requirements.




- Handle vendor and transporter performance reviews and negotiations where required.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP (MM / SD – logistics-related activities).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, dashboards).
- Sound understanding of warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle high-volume operations.

Qualification

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

Experience Requirement

- 7–9 years of relevant experience in regional / area logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors.
