Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for solar power projects from concept to commissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate costs, resources, and timelines for tender preparation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in renewable energy (solar) project planning or estimation engineering.
- Robust understanding of Primavera P6 software for creating detailed project schedules and Gantt charts.
- Experience in tendering processes for solar power projects including bid evaluation and contract negotiation.
