Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales MIS Executive to manage sales data, prepare reports, analyze business performance, and provide actionable insights to support the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience in MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Generate sales performance reports, dashboards, and business analytics.
- Maintain and update sales databases with accuracy and completeness.
- Track sales targets, achievements, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams for timely submission of sales data.
- Analyze sales trends and identify performance gaps.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership review.
- Ensure data accuracy by validating information received from various departments.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales reports.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities.
- Develop automated reports using Excel and other reporting tools.




- Maintain records of distributor, dealer, and customer sales data.
- Support the sales team with ad hoc reports and analytical requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations for data reconciliation.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts, IF Functions, Data Validation).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports within deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Sales MIS, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Electrical, or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
