Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using the tandoor, including pizzas, bread, and other Italian cuisine.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
- Develop new recipes and menu ideas to keep culinary offerings fresh.
- Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and meets quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably with tandoors.
- Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
