Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment advisory.
- Develop sourcing and attraction strategies aligned with market trends and hiring needs.
- Conduct vacancy intake meetings and define hiring plans, timelines, and selection processes.
- Partner with sourcing teams to identify, review, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer rollout, candidate closing, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with sourcing and operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and seamless delivery.
- Support workforce planning, talent pooling, and hiring forecasts.
