Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Area Manager to drive business growth for our Corporate Gifting division across Western India.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across the West Region.

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, cold calling, and industry events.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Present corporate gifting solutions tailored to client requirements and budgets.

- Build a strong pipeline of prospects and convert opportunities into business.

Account Management

- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers.

- Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and identify upselling opportunities.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

End-to-End Project Coordination

- Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order closure and payment collection.

- Coordinate with the sourcing, product, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensur seamless order execution.





- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of gifting solutions.

Resolve customer issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Market Intelligence

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and recent product opportunities.

- Gather customer feedback and provide inputs for product development and portfolio enhancement.

- Identify seasonal and festive gifting opportunities to maximize sales.

Sales Reporting

- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Revenue achievement against assigned targets.

- New client acquisition.

- Account growth and retention.

- Conversion rate of opportunities.

- Collection efficiency and payment realization.

- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Regional market penetration.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
