Job Title: Officer E-Force
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Officer E-Force to support the implementation and usage of the E-Force app by coordinating with site personnel, tracking daily labour counts, and providing telephonic assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to users regarding the E-Force app.
- Guide users on app registration and usage.
- Coordinate with site personnel for daily labour count updates.
- Resolve user queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain call records and follow up with users.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Care, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong coordination and customer service skills.
