Role & responsibilities

- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions and projects.
- • Manage and mentor recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and support staff.
- • Develop and implement effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- • Monitor recruitment KPIs, productivity, and fulfillment targets.
- • Ensure timely screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and deployment of candidates.
- • Manage recruitment databases, ATS, reports, and recruitment analytics.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- • Conduct team reviews, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant employment regulations.
- • Support overseas recruitment campaigns,



client interviews, and mobilization activities.
- • Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
