Role & responsibilities

- Engage with the team in formulation of policies and processes for ecosystem partners and members, initiate measures and oversee execution to maintain compliance
- Conduct periodic reviews of compliance levels to identify bottlenecks and enable elimination of the same to ensure that there are no deviations
- Enforce penalties/ required measures to ensure return to normalcy as soon as possible and proactively identify consistency issues in compliance for quick resolution
- Administer surveillance of the ecosystem partners and members to ensure that any red flags are immediately raised and addressed
- Initiate coordination with the respective product, operations and BD teams to ensure that the required information and safeguards are maintained as per defined standards of NBBL.

Preferred candidate profile

- Preferably from BFSI industry in compliance/law
- Any graduate /Masters degree in the related field
- Proven experience in project management, risk & compliance laws.
