- Executive Support: Deliver immediate, high-priority technical fixes for VIPs desk-side and remotely.
- Meeting Rooms: Set up, test, and troubleshoot executive boardroom video conference systems (Teams/Zoom).
- Mac Fleet Management: Deploy, secure, and manage MacBooks and iOS devices via Jamf Pro/MDM.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex macOS bugs, Adobe apps, Microsoft 365 syncing, and network connections.
- Data Privacy: Protect sensitive executive data during system upgrades and data migrations.
- On-Call Availability: Provide versatile support coverage outside standard hours for urgent VIP needs. [1, 2, 3]
