Accounts Payable Intercompany & Bank Reconciliation

Role & responsibilities

- Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of intercompany / bank balances across multiple units.
- Record and review bank charges accurately to ensure proper accounting treatment.
- Identify and investigate mismatches or variances, coordinating with relevant teams for prompt resolution.
- Ensure completion of all reconciliations within financial close timelines.
- Ensure month-end and year-end closing processes through detailed reporting and proper documentation.
- Coordinating with finance teams across units to gather and validate supporting information.
- Prepare comprehensive reconciliation reports, schedules, and justifications for both internal reviews and external audits.
- Generate and circulate regular status updates on intercompany reconciliation progress.
- Proactively escalate unresolved issues or critical variances to senior management.
