About The Role

We are looking for someone who can become the face of our content. Someone who is naturally confident in front of a camera. Someone who can take a complex topic, understand its essence, and explain it in a way that millions of people can understand.

This is not a traditional finance role. This is not a traditional content role. This is a communication role.

If you re the kind of person who can walk into a room, command attention, and explain ideas clearly without relying on a script, we'd like to speak with you.

What You ll Do:

- Create Content Record short-form videos across finance, investing, insurance, business, money psychology, economics, and current affairs. Appear as the primary presenter across multiple content channels. Shoot approximately 60-90 videos per month. Deliver content in a confident, engaging, and natural manner.
- Simplify Complex Ideas Break down complicated concepts into straightforward and relatable explanations. Help audiences understand money, markets, business, and insurance without jargon. Make educational content enjoyable to consume.
- Collaborate With The Content Team Work closely with researchers, scriptwriters, editors, and content strategists. Contribute ideas, examples, analogies, and perspectives. Provide feedback on scripts and content direction.
- Improve Performance Study high-performing content. Improve delivery, storytelling, and audience retention over time.



Experiment with formats and presentation styles.

What We re Looking For Must-Haves

- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong spoken English.
- Comfortable speaking for extended periods without relying heavily on scripts.
- Strong camera presence and confidence.
- Ability to explain ideas clearly and naturally.
- High energy and strong audience engagement skills.
- Willingness to learn finance, investing, and business topics. Preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Experience creating content, speaking publicly, training teams, presenting, teaching, consulting, sales leadership, media, or similar communication-heavy roles.
- Existing social media content, YouTube videos, LinkedIn videos, podcasts, webinars, or speaking engagements.
- Understanding of finance, investing, insurance, business, or economics.
