Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new real estate acquisition and redevelopment opportunities.
- Conduct market research, project feasibility studies, and preliminary due diligence to evaluate project viability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with housing societies, society committees, landowners, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations and facilitate the execution of agreements while ensuring compliance with DCPR 2034, RERA, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, legal advisors, architects, and government authorities to ensure a smooth transition from project acquisition to execution.
- Assist in obtaining all required approvals, permissions, NOCs, and statutory clearances for redevelopment projects.
- Monitor project progress during the acquisition stage and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communication throughout the acquisition process.





Preferred Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 510 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, redevelopment, land acquisition, or business development.
- Robust network within housing societies, redevelopment stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities.
- Hands-on experience in redevelopment, cluster redevelopment, and SRA projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sound knowledge of DCPR 2034, RERA, redevelopment regulations, approval processes, and project feasibility analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and deliver results within defined timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project documentation, and real estate reporting tools.
