Key Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit USC, GC, TN, OPT/EAD, CPT/EAD, EAD/GC, H4/EAD, and working professionals for various IT and Engineering opportunities in the United States.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening, skill assessment, and eligibility verification of candidates.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including resume optimization, interview preparation, and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants and ensure high engagement levels.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Bench Sales Teams, and Client Delivery Teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients and vendors to strengthen long-term partnerships and identify new hiring opportunities.
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and generate recruitment reports.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Comfortable working in US business hours (night shift).
- 2- 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, US IT Recruitment, or Bench Sales support.
- Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, EAD, GC and US employment processes.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Preferred if there is existing database/network of US candidates.
- Experience recruiting for IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Business Analysis.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms.
