We are looking for someone who can perform accurate Site surveys, layout marking, dimensional verification, and as-built documentation for bespoke aluminium window and faade projects. Ensure fabrication and installation activities are based on verified site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site surveys before fabrication and installation.
- Verify dimensions, levels, plumbness, and structural openings.
- Prepare survey reports and submit verified measurements to the Design team.
- Mark layout and setting-out points for installation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and civil contractors.
- Identify drawing and site deviations and raise RFIs.
- Maintain survey records, photographs, and as-built drawings.
- Support the planning team with survey status updates.




- Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Survey Accuracy: 99.5% with minimal rework due to survey errors.
- Survey Completion: 100% completion as per planned schedule.
- Survey Report TAT: Submission within 24 hours.
- Setting-out Accuracy: Zero major installation errors.

- As-built Documentation: 100% submission before project closure.
