- Assist the Director in managing ongoing interior design projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and record meeting minutes.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors regarding material procurement and deliveries.
- Coordinate with project sites and provide weekly project updates.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project-related documents.
- Maintain project files, drawings, and documentation systematically.
- Assist in material selection, vendor coordination, and design research.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Director.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and project milestones.
- Support the Director in client meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design.
- Interior Design background is mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in an interior design firm is preferred.
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of interior design materials and execution processes.
- Understanding of technical drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Candidates may occasionally be required to work beyond office hours due to project deadlines (approximately 45 times per month).
Site Visits
- The candidate may be required to visit project sites approximately once a week to monitor progress and coordinate with site teams.
