Reporting Manager: AGM - Operations

Valuable communication skills with pleasing personality, Hotel Management Graduate with minimum 5+ Years in exp. from Mall / Real Estate / Property Management / Hotel / Multiplexes etc.

Working days: 6 days working with 6 week offs in a month (working days would be roster based).

Dress Code :

01. Men - Company would provide a uniform (formal attire), needs to be clean shaven every day and should be professionally groomed.

02. Women - Company would provide a uniform (formal attire) i.e to tie a hair in a bun with blazers and skirt up to knee length with stockings

Position Summary:

- Supervise and manage Mall operations including property management, tenant management, customer service, contract services such as facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance etc.
- Ensure a comfortable environment & quality service to customers & retailers.

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify key performance characteristics of each Retailer Category.
- Create and manage Data- base for the identified parameters.
- Knowledge of Retailing Presentation Issues like Lighting, Fixtures,



Windows & Display.
- Establish criteria for Vendor categorization and evaluation.
- Maintain references to establish credibility of Vendors and understand their commercial capabilities.
- Maintain records for key Vendors for continuous evaluation based on delivery, quality & costs and review their performance.
- Analyse and evaluate ongoing business performance and manage the budgeting process.
- Ensure Mall safety.
- Understand the traffic movements in the Mall premises and manage the parking spaces for effective utilization.
- Liaise with local authorities, ensure all permissions, work closely with Retailers, Outsourced Agencies.
- Knowledge of crowd dynamics to handle the crowd effectively.
- Participate in the Development of Customer or Channel Specific Marketing Strategies.
- Identify and understand factors influencing customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
