About the Role

Mafatlal Industries is looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Graduates to join our Tender Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a career in IT Tendering, Business Operations, and Government Procurement while working on enterprise and government IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement websites for current opportunities.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and information.
- Ensure timely submission of tender documents.
- Verifytender requirements and support compliance checks.
- Upload and manage bids on e-tendering portals.
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and communications.
- Conduct basic market research and prepare reports.
- Support post-award documentation and project initiation activities. Perform GeM-related activities,



including Vendor Assessment (VA), product catalog management, product uploading, product linking, and catalog updates.
- Coordinate with OEMs for authorization letters, product approvals, and technical compliance documents.
- Support post-award activities, including purchase order review, contract documentation, performance security (PBG), EMD management, and project initiation.
- Coordinate with buyers, GeM Helpdesk, OEMs, and other stakeholders to resolve portal-related issues and tender queries.

Eligibility

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,Information Systems, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn government tendering and procurement
