- Manage end-to-end solution delivery for clients, ensuring timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions using AutoCAD, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide in office support during implementation phases.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.
