Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Content Development

- Design and write VOICE German curriculum documents across all four levels (A1B2):

session plans, learner workbooks, facilitator guides, and assessment rubrics — aligned to

CEFR and Goethe/TELC standards

- Develop nursing-specific language content: clinical vocabulary, patient interaction scripts, and

scenario-based role-play content embedded at every level

- Produce trainer certification materials — the documents that enable certified trainers to deliver

the programme consistently across all cities

- Maintain version control and document compliance standards; all materials vest

intellectual property

Training Delivery — Mumbai Batches

- Deliver VOICE German™ training to batches of nursing candidates in Mumbai — covering the

full A1 through B2 pathway

- Use a communicative and immersive methodology: speaking labs, scenario role-plays, mock

exams, and weekly proficiency checks





- Monitor individual learner progress and intervene early when a candidate is at risk
- Prepare candidates comprehensively for Goethe-Institut or TELC B1 and B2 certification —

pass rates are primary performance metrics

Trainer Certification

- Certify trainers across all programme cities through the trainer certification framework —

covering curriculum, assessment methodology, and delivery standards

- Conduct induction, observation, feedback, and certification sessions for current trainer recruits
- Support ongoing quality assurance through periodic spot checks and retraining where needed

B2 Delivery

- Own the B2 level curriculum and deliver it to candidates before departure — ensuring all

learners exit at CEFR B2 standard

- Design assessment checkpoints between B1 and B2 to track progression and identify

candidates needing additional support
