You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities:



Enterprise Master Data Quality Analyst:The Enterprise Master Data Quality Analyst assists with the management of the company s data assets in order to improve and maintain timeliness and quality of the data. This enterprise role provides the specialist viewpoint when representing enterprise data initiatives.Design and establish data quality procedures for use in the data production process.Establish reporting mechanisms like scorecards, dashboards to demonstrate data quality issues Preparation of data quality assurance documents such as checklists, guidelines, manuals, templates, forms, etc.
- Establish data sampling best practices for data quality measuresEstablish automation procedure for obtaining recurring quality reportsCollaborates with IS teams to prioritize and implement changes and strategiesIdentify, assess, fix, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used. Implementing data quality and validation reports in DQ tool like Collibra DQI or similar. Indepth expertise with SQL (Structured Query Language) and hands-on with writing data extraction queries.Ongoing support of DQ report and dashboard changes, power app solution technical support and changes.Expertise with SAP Master data objects, key tables and its relationships. Ex. Materials, Customers, Vendors.Setting up a data quality dashboards per business needs using Power BI/similar visualization tool.Uses reporting mechanisms (e.g., scorecard, dashboards) to identify gaps and trends in poor data quality or progress against KPIs and metricsInteracting with users to resolve data quality problems using techniques such as root cause analysis as well as collecting data quality requirements. Implement and monitor data quality procedures for use in the data production process.Monitoring of service level agreements and data quality assurance policies.
