Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our Accounts function and manage a team of three accounting professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, statutory compliance expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage team ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all accounting activities.
- Oversee day-to-day financial accounting, including validation of accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Manage the complete Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice verification, payment processing, customer invoicing, collections, outstanding follow-ups, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, MLWF, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements, including preparation and filing of applicable returns.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, auditors, banks, NBFCs, and regulatory authorities for statutory audits, GST audits, Income Tax audits, assessments, loan reconciliations, and compliance matters.




- Manage banking and treasury operations, including salary payments, vendor payments, EMI and credit card payments, cash flow and fund management, inward/outward remittances, Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, EDPMS, IDPMS, BIRC, and other banking compliances.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and other management reports for business decision-making.
- Handle statutory notices, disputed cases, and correspondence with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory authorities.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting SOPs, process improvements, and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial records.

Candidate Profile

- CA / Inter CA preferred.
- Male candidates preferred.
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with relevant experience may also apply.
- 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, banking operations, audit coordination, and team handling.
- Proficient in Tally/ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
