Hiring: Server Management (L2)

Location: BKC,Mumbai or Ghansoli

Working Days: 5 Days Onsite

Shift: General Shift (24*7 Support)

2. VMware & Virtualization

* Host Management: Execute vCenter and ESXi host patching, maintenance, and cluster-level performance tuning.

* VM Lifecycle: Manage datastore capacity, VM placement, templates, and snapshots.

* Networking: Configure and troubleshoot vSwitches, port groups, and vMotion failures.

* Optimization: Analyze performance reports for clusters and hosts to identify bottlenecks.

Active Directory & Identity

* Policy Management: Design and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Organizational Unit (OU) structures.

* AD Health: Troubleshoot complex authentication, replication,



and DNS issues; perform regular Domain Controller maintenance.

* Object Management: Clean up stale objects and manage service accounts, SPNs, and DFS namespaces.

6. Documentation, Reporting & DR

* Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 7.x/8.x.

* Backup Tools: Experience with enterprise tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas).

* Infrastructure Services: Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Active Directory.

* Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow (ITSM) and monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
