Job Title: AGM Structural Design

Minimum Experience: 15+ years (preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead structural design for multiple real estate projects.
- Review structural calculations, drawings, and consultant deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and project execution teams.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, design standards, and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical support during construction and resolve structural issues.
- Manage design quality, project timelines, and value engineering initiatives.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in RCC and steel structure design.
- Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, PROTECTED, AutoCAD, and structural design codes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
