Education: MBA Finance

Location: Chakala, Andheri East

Job Role:

- Lead and execute fund-raising activities including Construction Finance, Working Capital, and Loan Against Property/Assets.
- Manage relationships with lenders, banks, financial institutions, and investors.
- Prepare investment teasers, information memorandums, financial models, and data packs for prospective lenders and investors.
- Handle investor relations activities including investor meetings, performance updates, and monitoring reports.
- Coordinate and provide required financial data, documentation, and compliance-related information during pre- and post-investment/loan stages.




- Support and facilitate financial, legal, and technical due diligence processes with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare analytical reports, funding status updates, and financial insights for senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fund-raising and financing activities.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis, documentation, and strategic assignments as assigned by management.
