Role Overview :

As a Partner Legal, you will serve as a key leader within the firm, overseeing complex legal mandates and providing strategic counsel to high-profile clients. You will be responsible for managing high-stakes transactions, regulatory compliance, and advisory projects, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.

This role is pivotal in driving the firms legal practice growth, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services that mitigate risk and facilitate seamless business operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage complex legal advisory and transactional mandates to ensure high-quality service delivery for corporate clients.

- Develop and execute growth strategies for the legal practice to expand the firms market presence and service offerings.

- Provide expert guidance on regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and commercial laws to support client business objectives.

- Mentor and lead a team of legal professionals, fostering a high-performance environment through technical guidance and professional development.

- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders,



including C-suite executives and regulatory authorities, to ensure client retention and business development.

- Collaborate with tax and advisory partners to provide holistic, multidisciplinary solutions that address multifaceted client challenges.

Business Development :

- Generate current business opportunities through professional networking and relationship management.

- Build long-term relationships with promoters, CXOs, investors, start-ups, corporates, and family businesses.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities across Audit, Tax, Corporate Finance, Risk Advisory, VCFO, and Outsourcing practices.

- Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, webinars, and professional forums.

Experience :

- 12 - 20+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputed Legal Firm, Chartered Accountancy Firm, Consulting Firm, or Corporate Legal Department.

- Demonstrated experience in leading legal teams and managing complex corporate legal assignments.

- Established client relationships and business development experience preferred.

- Prior experience as a Partner, Director, Principal Associate, or Practice Head is highly desirable.
