Role-Business strategy

Scope - The position involves working closely with the Senior Management to drive strategic business objectives. The person will lead a team of analysts responsible for planning, executing,

monitoring & presenting all key business KPIs as per companys Annual operating plan. The candidate will be responsible for multi-tasking across projects, conceptualizing effective strategies, developing

feasibility reports, and ensuring smooth execution of new initiatives.

The role demands a keen eye for detail, the ability to perform under tight deadlines, and strong skills in data aggregation, analysis, and interpretation.

JOB ROLE:

1. Monitor and track tasks delegated by the Head Business strategy & Senior management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to agreed deadlines.

2. Collaborate with Management and the Business Strategy team to model, analyse, and synthesize data related to Sales, Products, New Initiatives, and Growth Strategies (both organic and inorganic).

3. Assist in the annual and quarterly strategic planning exercises, providing analytical and coordination support.

4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of key sales and business targets.

5. Act as a liaison and communication interface between internal departments and external stakeholders.





6. Responsible for creating business presentations and reports to support board and management presentations

7. Provide analytical inputs, market intelligence, and data support to management & sales leads for key strategic and operational decisions.

KEY SKILLS:

- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of strategy formulation and P&L; management.
- Proficiency in data comprehension, analytical reasoning, and insight generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid financial acumen and a strong understanding of numbers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrates effective time management, planning, organization, and sound judgment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Adaptable, with proven ability to coordinate and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION:

- Engineer plus MBA (Finance preferred) from a good B-school with 6-8 years of work experience
- 4-5 years of consulting experience/ work experience in similar profile is preferred
