We're Hiring: Open Source DBA (L2)

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Open Source Database Administrator (L2) with strong hands-on expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL to manage and support production database environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end administration of MongoDB, MySQL & PostgreSQL (Prod/Non-Prod)
- Handle installation, upgrades, replication, clustering & high availability (HA) setups
- Perform backup, restore, performance tuning & troubleshooting
- Manage users, access control, and database security
- Execute disaster recovery (DR) setup, failover testing & data migration • Monitor logs, resolve incidents & provide support to application teams

Required Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in MongoDB (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of MySQL & PostgreSQL
- Understanding of replication, database internals & storage engines
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems
- Knowledge of HA/DR concepts & production support (L2)
- Willingness to work in shifts/on-call support
