Job Purpose

The job purpose of a Business MIS (B2B Channel) is to ensure real time business performance tracking, cross functional decision support, automated MIS, predictive analytics and cost optimization intelligence.

Main Responsibilities, Authorities Accountabilities

- Revenue Planning support to BU's Responsibilities: Support to deliver accurate revenue forecasts by segment, geography, and product line. Authorities: Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- MIS Reporting Responsibilities: Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable MIS for management and board reviews. Authorities: Design dashboards, automate reports, validate data from ERP/BI tools, and publish monthly packs.
- Cost Margin variance Analysis Responsibilities: Track and report product-level profitability, cost drivers, and margin trends, Analysis of plant cost. Authorities: Perform variance analysis, landed cost modeling, and contribution margin tracking.
- Digital MIS Automation Responsibilities: Drive automation of MIS through BI tools and ERP integration. Authorities: Design Power BI dashboards, automate data pulls, and reduce manual interventions.
- Budgeting Forecasting for respective BU's Responsibilities:



Deliver accurate annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic goals. Authorities: Prepare budget templates, consolidate inputs, run forecast models, and present to leadership.
- Scenario Planning for respective BU's Responsibilities: Provide financial impact of best-case, base-case, and worst-case scenarios. Authorities: Build sensitivity models for commodity volatility, demand shifts, and policy changes.
- Cross-functional Alignment Responsibilities: Ensure finance inputs are embedded in commercial and operational decisions. Authorities: Participate in SOP, procurement and Plant reviews.

Requirements

- Requirements: Semi-qualified with 7-10 years of experience

Skills

- Skills: Budgeting Forecasting, cost modeling , Scenario planning

Competencies

- Competencies: Analytical thinking, business in sighting technical proficiency

Experience with manufacturing industry is highly preferred
