Accounts Payable Payment Team
Role & responsibilities
- Process payments based on BOT-generated reports through AARI software.
- Manually initiate electronic payments, including Telegraphic Transfers (TT).
- Prepare e-cheques such as Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) and Current-Dated Cheques (CDC).
- Carefully review and validate payment terms before initiating any payment.
- Coordinate with Head Office finance, group entities, and internal departments for transaction- or term-related clarifications.
- Communicate with suppliers to reconcile accounts and update them on payment status.
- Maintain transparent and accurate records of all payment-related activities for audit and compliance.
- Perform additional tasks and prepare reports as assigned by the Manager or HOD.
