Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :
- 12-19 years of experience in human resource management or related field.
- Proven track record in mass hiring, bulk hiring, or end-to-end recruitment projects.
- Solid understanding of human capital management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
