Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, youll represent our in-house projects to buyers and investors. From showcasing model units to closing deals, you'll play a key role in driving sales success across current developments.
Responsibilities:
Sell residential/commercial units in our upcoming projects
Conduct site visits and manage client presentations
Guide clients through the full sales process
Stay informed on pricing, inventory, and market trends
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Experience:
2-3+ years of experience in Sales (Preferably Real Estate)
