Detail Job description:

Accounting Financial Closure

- Prepare and post monthly and quarterly accounting entries across various functional areas.
- Ensure timely month-end closure and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Handle urgent and ad-hoc data requirements for regulatory and statutory submissions.

Trial Balance Reconciliations

- Generate, review, and circulate Trial Balance (TB) to relevant internal teams.
- Perform sales reconciliation between systems and financial records.
- Reconcile MIS with financials for Sales and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Conduct Inter-Unit Trade Receivables reconciliation on a regular basis.

Export Incentive Schemes Compliance

- Manage reconciliation, accounting entries, and internal controls for:
- Duty Drawback (DBK)
- DDBR
- RoDTEP schemes

- Handle EPCG-related accounting, reporting,



and compliance for capital assets.
- Validate DAP and DDP related activities.

MIS Management Reporting

- Prepare detailed monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment between MIS and financial statements.

Audit Process Coordination

- Gather, validate, and prepare data for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with various process owners to address audit queries and observations.
- Ensure timely closure of audit-related matters.
- Support internal audit by coordinating physical verification of inventory and ensuring accurate reconciliation with books of accounts.
