Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and adoption activities for transformation programs.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans.
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, and SMEs to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Monitor change effectiveness through KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and adoption metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and change champion networks.
- Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- 58 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or Transformation Programs.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, IT, or a related field.
