About the Role: .

- We are looking for a Chargeback Analyst to manage end-to-end chargeback and dispute resolution processes.
- The candidate will be responsible for investigating disputed transactions, minimizing chargeback losses, ensuring compliance with card network regulations, and collaborating with merchants, banks, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment disputes.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Manage the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle, including retrieval requests, representments, pre-arbitration, and arbitration cases.
- Investigate disputed transactions and coordinate with banks, merchants, and payment partners to resolve payment disputes efficiently.




- Analyze chargeback trends and monitor chargeback ratios to identify root causes and recommend actions to reduce future disputes.
- Ensure compliance with Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, NPCI, and RBI guidelines throughout the dispute resolution process.
- Conduct fraud investigations and transaction risk assessments, while maintaining accurate dispute records and preparing MIS reports.

Qualifications:.

- Experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, Banking, NBFC, or Payment Operations.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations and card scheme compliance.
- Solid understanding of Chargeback and Dispute Management processes.
- Experience with Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and UPI dispute frameworks.
- Knowledge of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and card operations.
